thephonebox.co.uk will post all items standard 2nd class through Royal Mail unless otherwise stated in the item description. We currently offer free postage on all items delivered within the UK. Please allow around one week for delivery.
If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us in advance to arrange postage costs.
Please note that by ordering from us you accept that there is no postal insurance on the items you order. I understand thephonebox.co.uk can take no responsibilty for items lost or damaged in the post.
Returns Information
Due to the nature of our products we only accept returns where required by UK law. If an item has a manufacturing fault we will exchange the item for another of similar specification. Please do not send items for return without contacting us first.
